I contacted Becky because I had some annoying little electrical jobs that I'd needed doing for some time but because they were just fiddly little things I'd been ignoring them. As we were getting to the point of the kitchen feeling like a cave at night because some of the lights weren't working I thought I better get it sorted before it became a hazard. I contacted Becky on the Wednesday, they came back to me Thursday, on Friday Ollie came round to assess the job and on Monday electricians arrived on my doorstep. They fitted my new lights in the kitchen, and fixed my lights in the sitting room so now we can all see properly without having to squint! The service I received from CE&PS was fantastic and very reasonable. As a result I've already recommended them to my Mum-in-Law. Keep up the good work!

Having no idea about anything practical I have always relied on the advice of workmen when needing any commercial or domestic jobs doing. Unfortunately, like many, I have had negative past experiences with tradesman promising work to a standard they can’t complete, hidden costs and a lack of communication. Not good when you are a busy business owner! I am please to say the experience with CE&PS has been completely different. Rebecca in the office is very well organised and kept me informed throughout the process. Oliver came out to see what job I needed doing at my commercial premises, not only spending a considerable amount of time to make sure he understood my business needs – but also to input into ideas on the work needed to make sure the job was what it needed to be. Dear Rebecca, I would like to take the opportunity to thank Current Electrical for their service which has been above and beyond expectations. A client of ours experienced an escape of water at their property and a claim the damage was submitted however, sadly our client passed away and his son took over dealing with the claim. His mother then suffered a major stroke and obviously, he had far more important things to deal with. The insurers had requested that our client obtain an estimate for the repairs but he did not have the time to do this so I told him to leave it with me and I would make the arrangements. I spoke to Oliver at Current Electrical and he stepped in and dealt with everything for the client including arranging an Asbestos Report. He also managed to accommodate the request of the client that the business in the ground floor of the property was to carry on trading while repairs were carried out so Oliver developed a plan whereby work could be carried out during the hours when the business was closed.
